Watershed Fellowship Nursery

When you visit Watershed Fellowship, you are welcome to keep your children in the service with you or take advantage of our nursery. We have 3 nursery rooms available: Infant Room (ages Newborn to 1), Toddler Room (ages 1-2), and Preschool Room (ages 3-4). In our Preschool Room, children will follow a structured time each Sunday that includes a 10 minute Bible lesson, learning the Lord’s Prayer, music & movement, activities, snack, and free play. Thanks to our generous members, our rooms were updated in Summer 2026 and redecorated to display different phases of creation: Sky (Toddler), Ocean (Infant), and Land (Preschool). We also have a private Nursing Mother’s Nook located in one of our nursery rooms.

Watershed Fellowship Kids

“Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.” Ephesians 5:1-2

Classes are available during the sermon for preschool and elementary aged children. Children start off in the gathering with their families where they can sing worship songs and witness baptisms together. When it’s time for the message, children and teachers are dismissed for their teaching time. We have two classes: 5k-2nd grade and 3rd-5th grade. Classes last for the length of the sermon, then kids and teachers rejoin the service for the final song.

On the first Sunday of every month, Watershed observes communion. On this Sunday, children stay with their families for the entire gathering. A pastor or elder shares a special kids message before the main message, and the kids are given a worksheet to fill in (and doodle on) during the main message. After a shorter main message, communion is served.

On the last Sunday of every month, the kids participate in “Scripture & Song” instead of their typical classes. SAS is for ages 4K-5th grade and is a time for the kids to learn scripture-based songs. They have opportunities throughout the year to sing these songs in the service or out in the community as a way to minister to others.

WSF Kids also offers family events and outings throughout the year.

Watershed fellowship Youth

“Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12

The goal of the WSF Student Group is to authentically point students to Jesus Christ through regular gatherings where we fellowship and dig into the Word of God while learning how to better apply scripture to everyday life.

During our Sunday Morning Gathering, the students aren’t separated off. Instead, they worship alongside the rest of the church, taking in the sermon taught and sometimes serving in various ministries on Sunday Mornings. Then when we do gather, we strive to break down what we have heard, discussing the sermon in small groups and contemplating how it applies to our own personal lives.

Our gatherings are on the 1st and 3rd Sundays from 4pm to 6pm at Watershed and they include plenty of time for enjoying snacks and games before breaking into groups to discuss that Sunday’s sermon. Our students are divided up into a high school girls’ group and a boys’ group and a middle school girl’s group and boy’s group to strengthen relationships, explore the Bible together, and pray for each other.
